42nd Street Moon has introduced dynamic pricing. The following prices are base prices and subject to change. Order tickets early to take advantage of lower ticket prices. Also, make sure to join our email list [click here] to find out about exclusive Early Bird discounts.

Saturday Eve - Sunday
A limited number of $75 VIP tickets will be sold for each regular performance. VIP tickets are all Premium Tier seats, and include a complimentary glass of wine and ticket exchange insurance. VIP tickets maybe exchanged one time with no fee or penalty. Exchanges can be made anytime before 12 noon, the day of performance for any other performance of that show.
A 10% discount on regularly priced Regular and Premium Tier seats are available before certain dates. The discounts requires a special code be entered BEFORE payment is accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot make refunds if you neglect to submit the code before payment. If you are having difficulty, please call us at (415) 255-8207. The discount is not available on Economy Tier seats, VIP tickets, or previews. The Early Bird discounts expire at 5:00 pm on the dates named below.

Ticket Prices for the RODGERS & HART Salon
Inventing Champagne: The Alan Jay Lerner Salon will be performed over two nights, May 11 & 12, 2015, 7:00 PM at the Eureka Theatre. Tickets are not yet on sale.

Please note that the Salon is not a fundraiser; the additional ticket costs are due to the increased cost of producing a limited-run concert with some of Broadway's brightest stars.
Single Ticket Info
There are no ticket fees for tickets purchased on-line. However, a $3 per ticket fee will be assessed for all phone and walk-up orders, at the theatre or our administrative offices.
At Door Sales
A limited number of tickets may be available at the venue at the time of the performance. If you wish to purchase at the venue, please note that we are unable to make more than $20 in change (exact change is greatly appreciated), and that a $3 per ticket fee will be charged.
We can accept credit cards, but our on-site credit card system runs very slow.
We do not offer rush tickets of any sort.
Print Tickets, Will-Call, or Mail
Given our size, we find that print-at-home and will-call is the best option for picking up your tickets. However, if you've purchased your tickets at least 10 business days in advance, you may request your tickets be mailed to you for a $5.00 per order mailing fee.
All 42nd Street Moon productions are reserved seating. For best seating please purchase your tickets early. Please note, our Sunday Matinees often sell out as does aisle seating for most performances.
We urge all patrons to make sure to arrive at the theatre on time, but we understand that the best-laid plans can go awry. If you arrive after the show has started, the House Manager will seat you when there is an appropriate break in the action. To minimize disruption to those patrons already seated, you will be seated you in the most accessible empty seats, which will likely not be your reserved seats. You may move to your reserved seats during intermission if you desire. This will also be the case for patrons who return late from intermission.
Refunds and Exchanges
42nd Street Moon is a 501(c)3 charity and cannot provide refunds. If you are unable to attend a scheduled performance consider exchanging your ticket.
Exchanges must be made at least one full business day in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for the exact day or seat you wish to exchange to, however all efforts will be made to provide you with a comparable seat. Exchanges for Saturday or Sunday performances must be made by 5pm the Thursday before the show.
There is a $10 exchange fee in addition to any additional ticket cost. You may exchange for another performance of the same show. We waive this fee for subscribers who provide us at least one business day's notice. This fee is also waived for VIP Tickets.
In the event you are unable to exchange your performance, we can credit your returned ticket(s) as a tax-deductible donation, as long as we are notified three hours prior to curtain. (Subscribers can notify us up to 30 minutes before curtain.)
Tax deductions are non-transferable: We will be able to credit only the original purchaser of the ticket.
All patrons purchasing Under 30 tickets or subscriptions must show proof of age for each ticket or subscription purchased. For single tickets, you can show proof of age at the door. For subscriptions, please fax or email a scan of your ID to firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Saturday matinees, $10 tickets ($8 each for subscriptions) are available to all patrons under 18 AND to all college students. Student patrons purchasing these tickets or subscriptions must show a student ID for each ticket or subscription purchased. For single tickets, you can show proof of age at the door. For subscriptions, please fax or email a scan of your ID to email@example.com.
