Single Ticket Prices - for the 2011-2012 Season

42nd Street Moon is introducing dynamic pricing in the 2011-12 season.

Single Ticket Prices - for the Salons

Single tickets for What a Swell Party: A Cole Porter Salon and The Best of Times: A Jerry Herman Salon is $70 each.  These Salon's are not fundraisers, the additional ticket costs are directly related to the increase cost incurred with producing a one-night only concert in the historic Alcazar theatre with some of Broadways brightest stars.

Ticket Fees

There are no ticket fees for tickets purchased on-line.  However, a $2 per ticket fee will be assessed for all phone and walk-up orders, at the theatre or our administrative offices.

At Door Sales

A limited number of tickets may be available at the venue at the time of the performance.  If you wish to purchase "at door," please note that we are unable to make more than $20 in change (exact change is greatly appreciated). 

We can accept credit cards, but our on-site credit card system tends to run slow. 

We do not offer student, senior, or general rush.

Will-Call or Mail

Given our size, we find that will-call is the best option for picking up your tickets.  However, if you've purchased your tickets at least one week in advance, you may request your tickets be mailed to you for a $4.00 per order mailing fee.

Seating

All 42nd Street Moon productions (main stage series at the Eureka and Salon Evenings at the Alcazar) are reserved seating.  For best seating please purchase your tickets early.  Please note, our Sunday Matinees often sell out as does aisle seating for most performances.

Late Seating

All attempts will be made at seating late patrons at the House Manager's discretion.  Patrons who arrive late will be asked to wait for an appropriate break in the performance's action.  Additionally, there is no reserved seating for late patrons.  The House Manager will assign a seat that will allow for the least amount of disruption to the performance. These policies hold true for patron's who leave and return late from intermission.

Refunds and Exchanges

42nd Street Moon is a 501(c)3 charity and cannot provide refunds.  If you are unable to attend a scheduled performance consider exchanging your ticket.

Exchanges must be made at least one business day in advance.  We cannot guarantee availability for the exact day or seat you wish to exchange to, however all efforts will be made to provide you with a comparable seat.  Exchanges for Saturday or Sunday performances must be made by 5pm the Friday before the show. 

There is a $10 exchange fee in addition to any additional ticket cost.  You may only exchange for another performance of the same show.  We waive this fee for subscribers, who provide us at least one business day's notice.

In the event you are unable to exchange your performance, and you provide us with at least one business day's notice, we will credit your ticket towards a tax deductible donation.

We cannot provide you with a tax deduction if you attempt to return your ticket the day of the performance.  Tax deductions are non-transferable.

Under 30

All patrons purchasing Under 30 tickets or subscriptions must show proof of age for each ticket purchased. For single tickets, you can show proof of age at the door.  For subscriptions, please fax or email a scan of your ID to boxoffice [at] 42ndstmoon [dot] org.
