How To Renew Your Subscription

We recognize that it can be difficult to renew or purchase a subscription for the first time.  We hope this tutorial will help.  If you are trying to purchase a subscription for the first time, please click here.

Step 1.

Click on the following link: 42nd Street Moon Ticketing Pages. This should bring you to a page that looks like this:



Step 2.

Enter the email address at which you receive 42nd Street Moon emails.  If you have a renewal notice letter, this email should be listed with your contact information.   *make sure to use all lowercase letters*

Step 3.

Enter your password.  If you do not know your password, see below.  If you know your password, go to Step 4.

If you've not used our system before OR you've forgotten your password, please press FORGOT MY PASSWORD.   Please do not select NEW PATRON.



You will receive an email that looks like this, please copy and paste your password into the password field above.  If you do not know how to copy and paste, please click here.



Step 4.

  Click on SUBSCRIPTION in the top menu (highlighted here).



Step 5.

Check to make sure the subscription information is correct.  Check both seats and subscription.  This information is located in the highlighted section below (1)

Then click the RENEW button (2).  If you need to make any changes to seat or day, please call the box office at (415) 255-8207.  Please do not select the NEW SUBSCRIPTION button.



Step 6.

If you'd like to try to get "better seats" please leave your request in the box below first highlighted area.  This is only if your current seats are acceptable, but would like to try to "move up" or "move to aisles" etc... 

If you actually require different seats because of problems (the subscriber in front of you this year was extremely tall for instance), please call the box office.  Again the number is (415) 255-8207.

Then click RENEW SUBSCRIPTION, the second highlighted area.

Step 7.

This is your "Shopping Cart".  If you need to purchase additional subscriptions or CDs, or if you would like to make a donation (2), you can do so now.  Then click on SHOPPING CART again and it will bring you back to this step.

(1) indicates that these are your tickets and are being "held" for 20 min.  This is NOT the final step.  Check all your dates and times are correct (3)*You can now print your subscription tickets at home today!*

If you'd like to print your tickets at home (which will help 42nd Street Moon save time, money, and is a greener solution!) just click GO TO CHECKOUT AND MAKE PAYMENT (4)

***If you would like 42nd Street Moon to mail your tickets please click on HOLD FOR WILL CALL (5) and then click GO TO CHECKOUT AND MAKE PAYMENT.

Step 8.

Do you want to have us mail your tickets?  If you forgot to click HOLD FOR WILL CALL on the last page, you can do so now (1).

Put in your credit card information *credit card billing address must match the mailing address we have on file.*  If you need to change your address click on PATRON INFORMATION and update your information.  When you are done you can click CHECKOUT on the top menu and you will be returned to this page.

Finally, click CONTINUE (2).

Step 9.

If you did not select HOLD AT WILL CALL you have to click PRINT TICKETS (highlighted area).  We will not send you tickets or have them at Will Call if you did not elect to have them at will call.  Please make sure to print your tickets at this time.  Once you have printed your tickets you are done!

Please click PRINT TICKETS before PRINT RECEIPT or VIEW DETAILS.
