1) Download and review information about our 2005-06 season by clicking on one of the Season Brochure links below.
 
2) After you have decided which subscription to order, click on the Order Form Only link and print the order form from your printer.
 
3) On the order form fill in your personal information.  Please be sure to indicate any seating preferences or special seating needs (i.e., wheelchair access, aisle seats, etc.) on the line provided.
 
4) Circle the number of the series that you want.  If you are choosing your own dates, circle the dates for each show on the chart.
 
NOTE:  If you are choosing your own series of dates, we cannot guarantee the same seats for each performance,  However, we will attempt to secure as near the same seats as possible,  AND, as a subscriber you can always exchange your tickets.
 
5) Calculate your total.  Fill in the series number you have chosen next to the appropriate option.  Indicate number of subscriptions you are buying in each category (Regular, Senior, Student).  Calculate your subscription total.  Please consider adding a donation above your subscription price to help "make great musicals sing again".  (Only 50% of the funding required to present our season comes from ticket sales.  The rest comes from donors like you.)
 
6) Enclose your check payable to 42nd Street Moon for the total amount or provide your credit card information.
 
7)  Mail your order form in an envelope to:
